Description
The purpose of this paper is to explore the relatively new emphasis on membrane treatment technologies that are finding greater application in drinking water as SDWA provisions are implemented. The authors present several potential applications for membrane technologies from the viewpoint of compliance with current and future drinking water regulations. Beneficial aspects and limitations of membrane technology are discussed in detail.
