The Central Florida CoordinationArea Action Plan is presented and includes:three WMDs developed “Central FloridaCoordination Area (CFCA) Action Plan”;three components ofregulatory, planning, and modeling and predictive tools.The initial scope included the public water supply. The CFCA action plan for both short and long-term goals are presented, along with short term key concepts in currentrulemaking, key aspects of permittingthat remain unchanged, longer term (2006 to 2010) keyconcepts, modeling and toolsaction plan, rule amendment concepts tosupport short-term regulatorycomponent, and rulemaking schedule.
