This slide presentation outlines how EPCOR is using the AWWA “Only Tap Water Delivers” ad campaign for many purposes: public education – utility as first source of information on tap water;instills pride in utility staff;counter negative advertising from bottled water and purifier companies;highlight ongoing investment in local infrastructure;future rate increases inevitable; and,significant plant upgrade underway. Examples are provided of EPCOR’s ads for: billboards; customer newsletter; water performance report; bottle labels; web site ad; display banners; and, public service announcements. EPCOR’s future plans for the campaign are listed.
